Learn close to the work. Build from there.

Our longer-term direction begins with the questions we encounter in towing. Here is what we want to test, why it could be useful, and what would count as progress.

Today, TowMomentum offers marketing and implementation work. The directions below are planned work and research, with no announced availability dates. Each starts with a small test that can earn the right to become something larger.

01 / Planned

An easier call-to-job record

Next: try a simpler record with a towing owner.

Can a smaller amount of recordkeeping produce a clearer decision?

A call log and a job log often tell different stories. Our first useful software direction is a modest one: connect a unique inquiry to its quote, booking, completion, and collection. Keep unknown outcomes visible and make correcting a record straightforward.

What a useful test needs to show

A pilot should reconcile with the operator’s actual records, avoid double-counting callbacks, and save more time than it adds.

Start with the available tracker

02 / Research

More ways for customers to find you

Next: test service information. No live connection yet.

What would an assistant need to refer a suitable job?

Accurate coverage, services, hours, equipment, and a way to request human review come first. We’re researching a possible path from structured provider information to human-approved quotes and requests. A provider would retain control over acceptance and availability.

What a useful test needs to show

A pilot must handle unavailable providers, unsuitable work, uncertain prices, cancellations, and changes of plan. Any third-party connector needs the appropriate access and approval.

Muse connector platform documentation

03 / Exploration

Less paperwork after the job

Next: learn which tasks owners and drivers need help with.

Where could hands-free tools make practical work easier?

Wearable capture could make documenting a procedure or an experiment easier. Longer-term robotics interests concern learning about physical operations through simulation and supervised experiments. These are separate from the marketing services available today.

What a useful test needs to show

Start with a narrow documentation task. Check usefulness, consent, privacy, and reliability before considering a field workflow. Simulation is not evidence of a deployed robotic system.

Meta wearables developer documentation

Three different kinds of integration.

Advertising APIs help manage or measure marketing. Assistant connectors can make a service available to an assistant. Wearable developer tools support device or display experiences. They have different requirements; researching one does not make TowMomentum integrated with the others.

The immediate work remains useful on its own: clearer marketing, better follow-through, and an honest record of what became a job.
