Google Ads management · For towing business owners

Google Ads for towing companies

Get found by people looking for work your towing company can actually take. We connect campaign decisions to your services, coverage, availability, and the outcomes your team can confirm.

Start with the work you want

A campaign for a light-duty operator should not promise heavy recovery. A company answering until 8 p.m. should not advertise an unstaffed 24-hour service. Before changing an account, we agree on the services, locations, hours, equipment constraints, and types of inquiries worth pursuing.

This is managed advertising for towing businesses. If you already have an account, the first step is reviewing what it does today. If you are starting, we establish the contact path and measurement before buying traffic. An owner who cannot yet answer additional inquiries may need a smaller test or an operational change first.

  • A service area your team can realistically cover.
  • A person responsible for answering and confirming outcomes.
  • A budget you can sustain while learning, separate from our fee.

What we work on

A rebuild, new call-tracking subscription, or larger content project is separately scoped when needed. We use your existing accounts and approved access wherever practical. Access roles, asset ownership, exports, and offboarding are written into the agreement; passwords do not belong in a worksheet or email.

Scope is agreed before the engagement begins.
WorkWhat you should receive
Campaign structureService groups, coverage, schedule, budget, and a documented starting plan.
Search and message reviewAds and search-term decisions tied to actual services; uncertain terms reviewed before exclusion.
Contact experienceA review of the landing page, phone links, forms, and the team receiving inquiries.
MeasurementDefinitions for calls and suitable inquiries, plus a way to connect confirmed jobs when records allow.
Ongoing decisionsAn agreed reporting rhythm, a record of changes, and the next question to investigate.

One search can lead to different decisions

The decision also depends on the ad, landing page, and call outcome. We do not judge a search solely by how it sounds or label every long call a good lead. Google's negative match behavior differs from positive keyword matching; the starter list is a review aid.

Fictional search-review example; not a client campaign.
SearchQuestion before acting
flatbed tow near meDo you offer this service and cover the caller’s location?
tow truck driver jobsIs this employment intent that should be excluded from this campaign?
winch out near meIs winching an approved service? Do not block a useful service by default.
schedule a car transportCan you handle planned work? A future date does not make the request unsuitable.

Separate the ad budget from the management fee

Google charges for advertising. TowMomentum charges for the agreed management and implementation work. Third-party tools and one-time setup are identified separately. There is no published universal package price or promised number of calls here; the proposal should show each cost before you decide.

Use contribution after direct job costs to evaluate the budget. For illustration, $2,000 in media plus a hypothetical $1,000 management fee needs 30 additional completed jobs at $100 contribution each to cover $3,000. That is a break-even requirement, not a forecast or our price. Fixed overhead and uncertainty still matter.

A report should help you make the next decision

We distinguish ad interactions, call events, unique requests, suitable inquiries, bookings, completed work, and collected money. The records available determine how far the report can go. If dispatch has not confirmed the outcome, it stays unknown.

A growing number of calls may justify checking service fit before increasing spend. Suitable requests with weak booking may call for an answering or quoting review. A small sample or incomplete job records can be inconclusive. No campaign can guarantee jobs, collections, or profitability.

  • Bring the account you already use and your current budget.
  • Identify the services and work you want more of.
  • Bring a redacted example report if you have one; do not send customer records through the public form.

Help with implementation

Make the ad budget answer to the business.

Tell Chris what you tow, where you work, and what the current calls look like. We will discuss the appropriate scope and whether we can help.
