Services for towing companies

The right improvements. In the right order.

Get calls for work you can take, make it easy for customers to reach you, and follow up while they still need help. We agree on the work your business needs before starting.

Find your starting point

02Make the next step clear

Websites and landing pages

Help a visitor quickly understand what you do, where you work, and how to reach you from a phone.

Can someone who needs a tow quickly see whether you can help and call you?

What the work involves for Websites and landing pages
A clearer first screen
Show the service, area, and call button where a customer can find them on a phone. Make the page easy to read and quick to load.
Clear information about your business
Explain what you tow, where you work, and what customers can expect, using information you approve and real photos when available.
Check that calls and forms work
Test the phone links and forms, confirm messages reach the right person, and check how contacts are counted. Improve the existing site or agree on a rebuild if needed.

What we check

  • How easy the site is to use and how quickly it loads on a phone
  • Working call buttons and forms that reach your team
  • Which pages bring suitable calls, when records are available

What we need from you

  • Access to your current site and hosting
  • Approved service information and suitable images
  • Where inquiries should arrive and who responds

We recommend a new website only when the current one cannot reasonably do the job. Hosting and later changes are agreed before work begins.

03Help nearby customers find you

Local visibility and reviews

Keep your business information accurate and make requesting honest customer feedback part of the routine.

Can a nearby customer find your services, hours, and the right number to call?

What the work involves for Local visibility and reviews
A useful Business Profile
Review eligibility, categories, services, hours, contact information, and approved photos. Identify ownership or duplicate-listing issues that need attention.
Show where you work and what you do
Explain the services and areas you serve, with details that help a customer decide whether to call you.
A consistent review request
Give staff a practical way to ask customers for honest feedback after completed work, with a working link and a clear response routine.

Ongoing work can include checking your listing, keeping the review request process working, and updating your information when services or hours change.

What we check

  • Accurate and complete business information
  • Calls and website visits from your listing
  • Whether staff are asking for honest reviews after jobs

What we need from you

  • Verified access to eligible business profiles
  • Accurate hours, services, and coverage
  • A staff member who can maintain the review routine

We do not guarantee search rankings or create fake reviews. Listing disputes and larger writing projects need a separate agreement on the work and fee.

04Know what happened next

Measurement and follow-up

Keep track of calls, quotes, booked jobs, completed work, and payments received. Leave the result marked unknown when it has not been confirmed.

Which calls became jobs, and who still needs a callback?

What the work involves for Measurement and follow-up
Keep repeat calls together
Record where a call came from. Link repeat calls and callbacks about the same job when the records support it, so one customer request is not counted twice.
A simple record of what happened
Record whether the job was a fit, quoted, booked, completed, and paid. Keep anything you cannot confirm marked unknown.
A follow-up routine your team can use
Agree who returns missed calls, follows up on quotes, and records the result. Discuss any automatic reminders separately if they would help.

Review the job records, missing answers, and next improvement together. What we can report depends on the call and job information your team can provide.

What we check

  • Customer requests, counted separately from repeat calls
  • Booking and completion rates, showing which requests were counted
  • Payments received and, when direct job costs are known, the amount left after those costs

What we need from you

  • Your phone, quote, and job records
  • Someone able to confirm what happened with each job
  • Agreed access to records and how customers may be contacted

A phone call does not prove that a job was completed or paid. Dispatch, phone answering, and connecting other software require a separate agreement.

What the work looks like

Small decisions. A clearer business.

Check whether a search is likely to bring a suitable call. Then keep track of what happened after the phone rang. Here are two examples.

What customers search for

Focus on people who need your service.

Example
  • flatbed towing near me

A service call, if you offer it and cover the area.

    Keep
  • tow truck jobs

Someone looking for employment, not a tow.

    Exclude
  • winch out near me

Do you offer this service? Check before blocking it.

    Review
Check each search against the work you do. Blocking a search that brings unwanted calls to one company could turn away good work for yours.

Call record

One customer request. Both calls recorded.

Example
  1. 08:12

    Missed call

First contact from a search ad.

  2. 08:17

    Callback

A return call about the same job.

  3. 08:25

    Quote provided

Not yet confirmed as booked or completed.

Job status: not confirmed1 customer request
Fictional example. The callback belongs to the same customer request. Giving a quote does not mean the job was booked, completed, or paid.

Two ways to work together

Start with a project. Or keep improving together.

Choose the help you need and what your team can keep up with. Before starting, we agree on the work, fees, account access, and who is responsible for each part.

One clear job to do

A one-time project

Fix a specific problem: a confusing website page, poorly targeted ads, missing call records, or no clear way to ask for reviews.

  • A written list of what we will do
  • The agreed changes and checks that they work
  • A walkthrough so you know how to use what changed

A fit when: You know what needs fixing, or want to start with one manageable improvement.

We agree on the work, fee, responsibilities, and timing before the project begins.

Ongoing attention

Ongoing management

Keep your ads, website, or local listing up to date. Review the calls and booked work to decide what needs attention next.

  • Priorities that fit your operation
  • Management of the agreed services
  • Review of results and next actions

A fit when: You want someone to keep working on your marketing as your business and the calls change.

We agree on the monthly work and fee in advance. Ad spend and paid tools are discussed separately.

What kind of calls do you want more of?

Tell us where you work, what you tow, and what is getting in the way of booked jobs. We will talk through what could help and whether it makes sense to work together.

  • 01Free, 30 minutes, phone or video
  • 02For owners and managers of towing companies
