Start with the evidence
Capture the actual ad wording, final destination, mobile first screen and contact action. Mark each factual claim: service type, area, hours, price language and response expectations. Ask the business to confirm each claim. A page can load perfectly while still inviting the wrong request or creating a misleading expectation.
A worked example
Fictional annotated pair: the ad says “24-hour towing across the county,” while the landing page says “weekday vehicle transport; requests reviewed next business day.” The conflict is not solved by making the button larger. Another pair advertises a supported local service but links to a generic page with no coverage explanation. That needs clearer information and a fitting destination rather than an invented availability claim.
Choose the next action
Create a row for each promise with evidence, owner and correction. Remove unsupported wording; route to the most relevant real service page; make the contact action describe what happens next. If a price example has qualifications, keep them visible where the price is introduced. Operational feasibility and applicable price disclosures need appropriate review rather than marketing guesswork.
Check whether it worked
Open the published destination on a narrow screen after the change. Verify the visible wording, link target and actual form behavior without submitting a fake lead. Review later request classifications for the mismatch you aimed to fix. If expectations are now clear but the request cannot be accepted, inspect capacity or quoting instead of rewriting every ad.
