Towing quote-loss review tool

Classify documented quote outcomes and export the next evidence needed. Unknown reasons stay visible instead of automatically becoming price objections or bad leads.

Make quote outcomes reviewable

Use anonymous request IDs, not customer details. A reason is known only when supported by the record. Starting rows are fictional.

Review summary

4 quotes · 3 known outcomes · 1 unknown · 2 known not booked

Documented price objections: 1. Share of known not-booked outcomes: 50.0%.

A quoted request is not automatically suitable, and a booking still needs completion and payment evidence.

Start with the evidence

Use anonymous quote IDs and the customer’s documented outcome. The tool offers unknown, price stated, availability, scope mismatch, chose another provider, cancelled request and booked. These are administrative categories, not a complete operational taxonomy. Keep private caller details in your authorized business system.

A worked example

The four fictional starting rows contain one stated price objection, one unknown outcome, one availability loss and one booking. There are three known outcomes and two known not-booked outcomes. The price-objection share among known losses is one divided by two, or 50%; it is not 50% of all received inquiries. The unknown record remains a separate evidence task.

Choose the next action

Change the outcome only when the record supports it and write a concrete next action. Add or remove rows to match the review cohort, up to one hundred anonymous records. Distinct nonblank IDs are required before export. Do not infer that a price objection requires a discount; compare scope, contribution and the customer’s actual explanation.

Check whether it worked

Export the actual entered records with summary counts and review actions. Check the denominator and unresolved items when sharing the report. Text cells are protected against spreadsheet-formula interpretation. The tool stores no records on a server and does not send follow-up messages, book work or claim recovered revenue. Clear records or reload to remove the in-memory queue.

Put it to work

A record you can use

  1. Anonymous quote ID
  2. Documented outcome and source evidence
  3. Unknown evidence needed
